Glasses for Kids - Grades P-3

State Schools’ Relief is proud to be delivering the Glasses for Kids program between 2024 and 2027

Our school has been invited by the Department of Education to participate in this incredible opportunity.

Glasses for Kids staff and optometrists will visit our school and offer students who provide consent with initial vision screening and if required, further testing and glasses for FREE!

Vision screening and testing will be completed during school hours

Who can participate?

Prep/Foundation to Year 3 students

Information and consent forms have previously been sent home to students in grades Prep - 3.

Expected date of visit

Monday, 1^st September

4 simple steps to be part of the Glasses for Kids program

1. Read the Information for Families brochure 
2. Complete the Consent Form and Optometrist Questionnaire 
3. Give both forms back to school by Friday, 27th June
4. Ensure that your child is at school on the day of the visit
