School Wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) at Willow Grove Primary School acknowledges, rewards and endorses positive behaviours demonstrated by our students and staff. Expected behaviours are explicitly taught through scaffolded lessons.

Lessons are delivered to help students make positive choices. Students and teachers model positive behaviours so others can learn to make more affirming actions.

We support the community by teaching appropriate behaviours with acknowledgement and promoting of expected behaviours. We use consistent and clearly defined strategies in response to unexpected behaviours. We use tiered levels of support so that teachers and students can focus on developing relationships and classroom instruction, that will improve the social-emotional wellbeing of all staff and students.
